A book that explores the palate of Asian fusion cuisine and its influence on food culture and identity around the globe. Self-curated articles create a narrative that lead viewers through the origins, history, and contemporary culture of Asian fusion, bringing them past the surface level trends of Asian fusion and to the stories that showcase a unique blend of cultures, people, and place.

The book design focuses on incorporating fusion through intersecting elements, blurring imagery, blending gradients and mixing typography. The color palette evokes the vibrant nature of ingredients while the circles call to plates, bowls, and the circular nature of sharing ingredients, stories, and identities.
